1. UMD door CAN NOT open with this case(stuck half way)

2. USB port on top dosen’t work with this case (stuck half way,CAN NOT work at all,) This means, every time when you have to transport files from PC, you have to take the entire case off first!

It also means, you can’t put official camera or psp-290 gps receiver on top of the usb port with this case on.

3.This case makes your psp SLIM looks BIG!! and Lite becomes Fat..

I bought it and it broke within the first 2 days. the back flap is a pain to open when inserting a new UMD because it swings all the way back, and the hinge is cheap and flimsy. the flap constantly falls off leaving your umd door exposed, and if you fiddle too much with it, the hinge breaks and the whole thing is broken. this whole case is just a cheap piece of crap mostly inpart to the swinging door where the UMD door is, and also the screen. why would i want a swinging screen door? honestly i want to put it on and be done with it. this is the worst case i ever owned, and i’ll be buying another. don’t waste your money on this unless you like cheap breakable hinges.

This will protect your PSP from scratches, especially the screen, which is of course the most important. If you are worried too much about heavy damage, bumping, rolling in a bag, and being dropped then this case wont cover it, (actually no case is 100%, but there are more protective ones then this).

The thing that pissed me off about this case is the fact the lid wont shut, with out extreme pressure, which I am sure had I applied, it would have damaged my PSP. This was due to the case being poorly built/tweaked, which very possible was just a manufactoring error solely for the one I ordered, but I would get this from a store near you with a good return policy, because this case looks nice on paper/screen, but leaves alot to be desired.

If your looking for more protection, enough to toss the PSP in your bag, covering all the buttons (without putting pressure on them), and guarding your screen from scrathes even while open and playable, then check out the PSP Slim Sony Case. Bought that and loved it (can use headphones and charger while still in case as well, just much bulkier, which is nice for big hands.)
